Donor Funded Oncology Sunroom Open for Patients and Families
April 2024
The 31-bed Oncology Inpatient Unit is officially open to patients and families.This area has been transformed into a bright, hope-inspiring space for patients to relax and heal while fostering wellness in a homelike environment.
The first patients who had a chance to sit in the sunroom expressed how grateful they were to be able
to have peace, quiet and time to reflect outside of their hospital room.
Over 2000 donors contributed to this $1 Million project and we are bursting with pride! Thank you to all who contributed to making this happen.
