Mike Jenkins

Since moving to the Greater Moncton area back in 1991, I have been involved in various board, community and not-for-profit groups which give back to the wonderful region in which we live. Some of these organizations and initiatives include ANBL NB Liquor Corporation, 3 Plus Corporation, Canadian Mental Health Association Greater Moncton, Moncton 2010 IAAF World Junior Championships, Atlantic Provinces Trucking Association, Encorp Atlantic Inc. along with various grass-root fundraising and capital campaigns.

As a graduate of University of New Brunswick and CPA Atlantic School of Business, I have been fortunate to work for a number of extraordinary companies including Grant Thornton LLP, Cott Beverages, Hawk Communications and Lounsbury Group of Companies, where I have been employed since 2002 and currently hold the positions of Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.

I am excited and honoured to join the Friends Board. Numerous family members have visited The Moncton Hospital over the years, so I am very aware of the great work the team of medical experts provide day in and day out for patient and their families.

I live in Riverview with my wife Jodi. We have two adult children who also reside in Greater Moncton area. We enjoy live music, socials with friends and spending time at our extended family maple sugar camp.
